Orders paid with checks will be held until check
clears. This can take up to 2 weeks!
Or you can print out the pages you are interested in and mail them to us
along with the quantities desired. This can be accompanied by a check
or money order. Orders paid with checks will be held until
check clears. For orders paid for with credit cards that are declined,
payment may be made with money order or cashier's check only.
Delivery
When we receive your order for an item in stock, we will mail
your order to you within 72 hours, unless paid by check. Credit Cards will
be processed at the time the order is placed. Orders paid with
checks will be held until check clears, a time frame of two
weeks. Most items are in stock. However, for
items that are temporarily out of stock or special order items, you
will be notified by email or phone, given delivery information, and
then you can tell us whether you want to cancel the balance or keep
the items on backorder. Stock situations are in constant state of
change, so no guarantee is made on stock status indicated on website.
quiltware.com, Inc. is now sending out shipping
confirmations for your orders via e-mail using UPS ' "Quantum View
Notify".
Included in the confirmation is:
Your Scheduled Delivery Date (when you should expect
your package)
Your Ship to Address
The total Number of Packages
The Type of Service (ex. ground, next day air)
total Weight (packages under 1 lb will register as '1
lb'.)
Your Tracking Number
Reference Number (ex. our order number)
A link to UPS so you may track your shipment.
Shipping confirmation e-mails you receive will have the
name "QuantumView" in the "From" section on the e-mail header. Please
do not reply back to these emails as UPS will not receive them. if you have

Backorders We backorder items on a per situation basis. Backordered items will be
mailed under separate cover with no extra shipping charge or will be refunded to your credit card.
Quality Assurance We sell
tested over time, quality products that have been sold at quilting and
sewing shows for over sixteen (16) years. We have happy
customers (see testimonials) and we
strive to supply only unique, quality, well-loved and often bought
products!
Returns/Guarantees
We give an unconditional risk-free guarantee! We are a traditional
company that stands behind our products. If for any reason, you are
not completely happy with your purchase, return it and receive an immediate refund
of your purchase price. Returns must be made within 90 days or will incur a 15% restocking fee.

pcs of appliques in the same style and color receive 15% off. 100
pcs of appliques in the same style and color receive 20% off.
Orders over $50 receive free shipping.
Shipping charges
ALL ORDERS, EXCEPT
BACKORDERS, WILL SHIP UPS REGARDLESS OF ORDER AMOUNT UNLESS OTHERWISE
REQUESTED.
Orders over $50 are shipped via UPS, free of
shipping charge. Free shipping does not apply to overnight shipments and applies to orders mailed within
the United States only.
UPS GUARANTEES DELIVERY AND IS INSURED UP TO $100.
UPS Ground guaranteed delivery based on 1 lb or less
Special order items are non-refundable, non-returnable unless a mistake was made by quiltware.com.
Sales Tax of 5% is only added to
those orders shipped within Maryland.
International orders We ship internationally, and have sent many shipments to
Canada as well as Australia, Korea, Japan, Jamaica, Colombia,
Spain, Great Britain and many other
international areas. We reserve the right to request payment be
wired to our account before shipment.
